If you purchased your ROKiT Phone in the last 12 months from an authorized retailer, and you’ve incurred physical damage that is not covered by the limited warranty, you might be eligible for a free replacement option, SWAPiT ROKiT. If you are registered in ROKiT Hub and either 1) paying for a subscription and within 1 year of purchase or 2) within your three month free period. If you are not registered, you will be invoiced for the cost of repair.
Just register in the ROKiT Hub app within 14 days of unwrapping your sparkly new phone. Then, if you need to claim, click the SWAPiT logo and fill in the form (if your phone’s completely given up the ghost, you can do it from a PC or laptop instead).
Common types of eligible physical damage:
- Cracked screen
- Scratched screen
- Damaged body
- Water or moisture damage
- Damage that extends to the internals of the device (e.g. the motherboard)
Damage not eligible for replacement:
- Device bricked by incorrectly flashed firmware
